Job Description: Technician
Major responsibilities include:
- Performing job duties - spraying, laying, agitating, spotting, vacuuming, edging and other cleaning techniques, as directed by Senior Technician.
- Mixing required solutions, including pre-spray, anti-static, odor neutralizer and other chemicals.
- Testing equipment, making minor repairs if needed; cleaning equipment thoroughly after use; returning it to storeroom after job; and storing it in orderly fashion.

Competencies required:
- Successful completion of milliCare Systems' training and certification program.
- Punctuality, reliability, dependability.
- Ability to read floor plans and street maps.
- Needed physical capabilities of a range of work activities.
- Capacity to work efficiently without supervision.
- Team oriented.

Job Description: Carpet Installer
Major responsibilities include:
- Performing job duties - measuring, installing, cutting carpet, rugs, mats and vinyl composition tile, as directed by supervisor.
- Facility with necessary tools and equipment.
- Testing equipment, making minor repairs if needed; cleaning equipment and tools after use; returning it to storeroom after job; and storing it in orderly fashion.
Competencies required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Direct experience preferred but not required - will train.
- Punctuality, reliability, dependability.
- Ability to read floor plans and street maps.
- Needed physical capabilities of a range of work activities.
- Capacity to follow established guidelines and work under direct supervision.

Job Description: Account Executive
Major responsibilities include:
- Developing new corporate sales contracts and business relationships.
- fulfilling monthly and annual sales targets, and activity quotas.
- Supervising existing customer accounts.
- Educating clients and prospects on proper carpet selection, installation and maintenance.
- Preparing periodic sales forecasts and attending monthly sales meetings.
Competencies required:
- One + years of direct sales experience selling business-to-business products or services.
- Highly motivated, with ability to prospect and cold-call.
- Excellent time-management and customer service skill.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- College degree preferred.
